Head of Program / Program Director

The Head of Program / Program Director provides strategic and operational leadership for ChildFund PNG's program portfolio, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based initiatives that deliver sustainable outcomes for children and young people. This role oversees program design, implementation, quality assurance, and resource mobilisation while strengthening strategic partnerships and ensuring alignment with organisational strategy and donor commitments. The position collaborates closely with the Country Director and Senior Management Team to manage risks, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of accountability and impact.
