This twelve-month secondment supports the Customer Remediation Project at Ayvens, focusing on timely delivery and accurate redress processes for customers. The role involves managing customer queries and complaints within agreed timelines and SLAs, ensuring fair treatment in line with the FCA Code of Conduct. It requires producing accurate communications, processing payments, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
