This role supports the Finance department by managing daily lockbox reports, reconciling deposits, and processing payments including ACH, wire, and refunds. The position involves maintaining accurate financial records through bank reconciliations, credit card analysis, and benefits reporting while ensuring compliance with records retention guidelines. The incumbent provides customer service, identifies operational efficiencies, and collaborates with Underwriting and Claims to resolve discrepancies.
