Financial Advocate

The Financial Advocate role supports patients receiving outpatient oncology and infusion services by communicating insurance benefits and out-of-pocket responsibilities to develop appropriate financial plans. The position assists in completing patient assistance and drug copay programs, including foundation applications, to secure external eligibility and internal financial support. Additionally, the role facilitates and submits Medical Assistance applications to ensure uninterrupted access to treatment.
