The Financial Analyst will report to the Senior Vice President of Finance and partner with the Development team throughout the acquisition and development process. This role focuses on advancing new projects through all stages of development with an emphasis on financial modeling, underwriting, and structuring equity and debt. The position requires strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to identifying needs and proposing solutions in a fast-paced environment.
