Leasing Consultant

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for implementing the leasing and marketing program to promote a positive image of the apartment community and assist management with resident programs and retention. This role requires experience with Affordable Housing programs and involves handling all aspects of leasing, from prospecting and touring to closing sales and processing applications. The position also includes maintaining detailed knowledge of the community, ensuring accurate documentation, and promoting resident retention through renewal programs.
