About this role

Pylon is seeking its inaugural Controller to own end-to-end accounting operations, including financial reporting, AR/AP cycles, and internal controls. This foundational role requires building scalable financial systems, managing external relationships with auditors, and leveraging automation to support rapid growth.

Responsibilities

Own month-end close processes and financial statement preparation
Oversee AR and AP operations across sales, legal, and operational teams
Design and implement robust internal controls and audit-ready processes
Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners
Implement and scale accounting systems and reporting infrastructure
