Financial Coordinator

Sage Fertility is seeking a full-time, hybrid Financial Coordinator to guide patients through the financial side of their fertility treatment journey at the Chicago location. This role focuses on providing patient-facing financial counseling, preparing accurate treatment cost estimates and Good Faith Estimates, and coordinating payment plans and financing options. The position requires empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to explain complex costs clearly while building patient trust.
