Financial Counselor

The Financial Counselor ensures accurate and timely processing of patient accounts while coordinating billing, credits, and Accounts Receivable collections. This role involves verifying insurance benefits, providing financial counseling to patients, and managing the billing and collection of insurance and self-pay accounts. The position requires collaboration with the financial team, clinical staff, and other departments to support optimal office flow and deliver excellent patient account service.
