Financial Operating Model Lead

This role involves designing and embedding a new financial operating model for SEND Reform, ensuring alignment with Department for Education expectations. The position requires developing robust financial planning, budget setting, monitoring, and forecasting arrangements, particularly for the Experts at Hand grant and Deficit Management Plan. The incumbent will provide financial support and challenge to the wider SEND Reform Programme, produce timely financial reports, and support the review of SEND funding policy.
