SEND Reform & Inclusion Lead

This role provides strategic leadership for Hull's innovative Experts at Hand offer and oversees the effective deployment of significant SEND Reform investment to drive a financially sustainable and inclusive local SEND system. The post holder will lead the implementation of national SEND reforms locally, champion inclusion across the city, and ensure children, young people, and families are at the heart of decision-making. Working collaboratively with schools, academies, and wider partners, the role involves monitoring progress, managing the SEND Reform grant, and leading inspection readiness to improve outcomes for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
