About this role

The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will serve as the right hand to the CFO, leading the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. This hands‑on role involves building financial models, preparing board and lender packages, and supporting M&A activities while partnering with operations, clinical, RCM, and HR teams to provide clear, decision‑ready insights.

Responsibilities

Drive annual budget and rolling forecast development
Prepare monthly and quarterly board and lender reporting packages
Support M&A activity including modeling and integration tracking
