About this role
Abbott’s Financial Professional Development Program (FPDP) prepares recent graduates with degrees in Accounting, Finance or related fields for financial management roles. The two-year rotational program includes four six-month assignments across Abbott businesses in Europe and the UK and pairs each participant with a senior finance leader for mentorship. The program aims to identify and develop Abbott’s future global finance leaders and assist participants in finding a permanent role within their home region upon completion.
