Financial Reporting & Analysis

This role involves preparing monthly and year-to-date Profit & Loss statements, variance analysis, and financial estimates for Oasis Malls across three countries. The position requires managing the annual budgeting process, developing three-year P&L forecasts, and coordinating with finance teams in Oman and Bahrain to ensure data accuracy. Additionally, the role includes reviewing tenant approvals, maintaining the master tenant database, and supporting executive decision-making through key financial metrics and Board meeting presentations.
