FinCrime Analyst - Night Shift - Porto

As a FinCrime Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to customers and ensuring their satisfaction with cutting-edge financial services while promoting a safe, secure, and compliant environment. This junior position in the first line of defence involves reviewing, investigating, and making decisions on fraud cases, escalating unusual activity, and cooperating with other teams to maintain customer satisfaction. The role requires working rotational night shifts between 10pm and 6am, five days a week, in a fast-paced FinTech environment.
