Fincrime Compliance Manager

This role focuses on independently testing and evaluating BSA/AML, KYC, OFAC, and transaction monitoring controls to identify and rate risks with regulatory-grade evidence. The position requires pulling and analyzing data to challenge thresholds and alert logic, tracking open issues, and preparing the organization for regulator exams and audits. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of financial crime regulations and a background in compliance or internal audit.
