A Financial Crime Training Specialist at Capital on Tap owns the end-to-end learning journey for 1st Line Financial Crime teams, ensuring colleagues are equipped to identify and mitigate financial crime risk. The role drives the implementation and maintenance of a Training & Competency framework, translates regulatory change into practical learning, and fosters a culture of continuous compliance learning across the business. This is a hybrid position based in Cardiff or Manchester with three days a week in the office.
