Finishing & Deficiency Manager

The Finishing & Deficiency Manager will oversee the quality, deficiency tracking, and closeout of three multi-family residential buildings at Edgeway in Edmonton. Reporting to the Owner’s Construction Manager, the role acts as a liaison between the General Contractor and the Owner’s Property Management, Leasing, and Maintenance teams to ensure issues are documented, communicated, and resolved. This six‑month contract focuses on inspections, deficiency management, and supporting building turnover and occupancy readiness.
