FinOps Operator – Accounts & Wallets Management

The FinOps Operator – Accounts & Wallets Management ensures the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of Ooredoo Fintech’s financial operations related to wallets, accounts, and transaction flows in the Tunisian market. The role handles settlement and reconciliation, transaction monitoring, discrepancy resolution, chargebacks, disputes, financial reporting, and coordination with banks and partners, while working closely with Finance, Operations, Compliance, IT, and Product teams.
