Fire Apparatus Mechanic

This role involves skilled mechanical work at the journeyman level for the maintenance and repair of various fire apparatus, including pumpers, ladders, and rescue trucks. The position requires a high degree of technical ability to diagnose problems and perform major repairs on engines, air brake systems, and other critical components. Incumbents will be supervised by the Garage Superintendent and may be required to work shifts and be on call for emergency repairs.
