Fixed Term - Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries related to product advice and order issues across multiple communication channels including live chat, phone, email, and social media. The role requires maintaining high service quality, meeting department targets, and collaborating with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. This is a fixed-term position based in Northwich with a shift rotation between 8am and 11pm.
