FLDP I

The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a three-year rotational program designed to develop high-potential, entry-level individuals into future leaders within the Finance function. Participants gain experience through three one-year rotations with increasing responsibility, along with mentorship, leadership training, and tuition assistance for a graduate degree. The role requires onsite work in Southern New Hampshire initially, with potential rotations to other locations nationwide.
