The Full-Time Associate, Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a three-year initiative designed to cultivate future leaders for Global Finance at Marsh. Participants engage in cross-functional corporate finance projects, gain access to key decision-makers, and complete rotations to develop a well-rounded perspective of the company.
