Fleet Maintenance Coordinator

This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and prioritizing preventative maintenance and unplanned repair work for various vehicles and equipment. The position serves as the primary liaison for customer service throughout the maintenance and repair process, managing work orders, vendor coordination, and warranty tracking. Additionally, the role oversees fleet loaner and motor pool vehicles, ensuring proper reservations, safety inspections, and service scheduling.
