Fleet Services Maintenance Intake and Workflow Coordinator

This position serves as the primary maintenance intake and workflow coordinator for Fleet Services, managing the customer service process from initial service request through the completion of maintenance and repairs for County departments. The role involves coordinating vehicle and equipment intake, creating and maintaining accurate work orders, scheduling maintenance, and tracking asset status. Additionally, the position supports Fleet maintenance operations by coordinating vendors, providing repair-status updates, and managing loaner or pool assets.
