This role leads the Porter team to deliver exceptional guest service by managing event space setup and teardown, maintaining standards, and coordinating logistics for conference and banquet operations. The position involves supervising team members, collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless events, and supporting beverage control and inventory management. It requires a team player with high-volume F&B knowledge who can work all shifts, including weekends.
