About this role

The Flight Operations Performance Engineer supports Allegiant’s flight operations by maintaining and developing aircraft performance data, tools, and procedures. The role focuses on takeoff and landing performance, weight and balance, and RNAV and navigation database management for A320/B737 family aircraft. This position also supports safety investigations, fuel efficiency initiatives, and ensures operational procedures align with regulatory requirements. The engineer collaborates closely with flight crews, maintenance, vendors, and internal departments to enhance operational reliability and efficiency.
