About this role

The Flight Test Engineer ensures proper execution of ground and flight tests on A220 and A320 production aircraft to obtain Certificates of Airworthiness and support customer acceptance. The role includes technical acceptance, aircraft configuration management, weight and balance calculations, and coordination with flight crews and data teams. The position involves a one-year training assignment in Europe to obtain the Flight Test Engineer license.
