The Earth Partners LP
The role is responsible for technology and process development of Flip Chip product packaging, including both front‑of‑line and end‑of‑line operations. The engineer will work on integrating customer requirements into cost‑competitive DFM solutions, qualifying processes for NPI and LVM, and driving continuous improvement in yield and quality.
The Earth Partners provides Wetland Mitigation Credit and PRM solutions in a cost-effective and reliable manner to ensure project success & navigate the permitting process in Galveston and Houston Texas.
