Float Pool - ( Full Time, Days)

The Clinical Nurse B- Flexible Integrated Team (FIT) serves as part of the Loma Linda University Medical Center-Murrieta float pool, reassigning to patient care departments as needed to cover staffing gaps. This role requires flexibility to prioritize, coordinate, and provide direct and indirect age-specific and developmentally appropriate quality patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. The position involves utilizing discretion and independent judgment to perform the nursing process with minimal supervision while adhering to established professional practice models.
