Float Pool (Part Time, Nights)

The Clinical Nurse B- Flexible Integrated Team (FIT) serves as part of the float pool at Loma Linda University Medical Center-Murrieta, reassigned to patient care departments as needed to cover staffing gaps. This role requires flexibility to prioritize and coordinate direct and indirect patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment while utilizing independent judgment and clinical skills. The position involves performing the nursing process with minimal supervision and delegating tasks to unlicensed staff according to scope of practice.
