Food and Beverage & Culinary Manager

This role involves coordinating and directing all aspects of the Booking Office, Terrace, and Mi-me operations, including meal periods, event operations, and beverage offerings. The position requires managing the floor, bar, and staff across breakfast, lunch, and dinner services while ensuring exceptional guest experiences in line with 5-star luxury hotel standards. Responsibilities include overseeing daily restaurant operations, recruiting and developing team members, and achieving revenue and cost-control targets. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the General Manager and Head Chef to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and service.
