Food & Beverage Director

The Food & Beverage Director oversees the Food and Beverage Department, ensuring the delivery of all food and beverage services while maintaining high standards for cleanliness and sanitation. This role involves managing equipment, furnishings, and facilities, as well as coordinating with the Sales team for catering and event planning. The position requires hiring, training, and developing managers and staff, while also handling personnel records, labor costs, and inventory control. Collaboration with the Controller and General Manager on planning and budgeting is also a key responsibility.
