Food & Beverage Manager

The Food & Beverage Manager will take total ownership of the new Village Hotel Sheffield's food and beverage operations from the pre-opening phase through to launch. This role involves building the team, establishing operational standards, and driving commercial strategy across the hotel's pub, grill, and meeting spaces. The position requires a leader who can set up systems, manage budgets, and create a vibrant hospitality environment before the hotel officially opens its doors.
