PCI Pharma Services is hiring a formulation-focused manufacturing professional to support the daily execution of formulation/compounding operations within a pharma services environment. The role is centered on ensuring day-to-day production readiness and continuity, including maintaining materials/equipment and supporting operational problem-solving in coordination with internal teams and external partners. The position follows a fixed early-week shift schedule (Sunday–Wednesday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM).
