The Forward Deployed Software Engineer (FDSE) at First Resonance is responsible for directly engaging with customers in high-stakes environments to understand their unique operational challenges and develop tailored software solutions utilizing the ION platform. This role involves collaborating closely with customer engineering teams to design and implement features, debugging issues, and managing end-to-end project execution while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The FDSE will code across the stack, engage with large-scale data, and travel up to 40% to customer sites as needed, all within a dynamic, fast-paced environment focused on innovative manufacturing solutions.
