Foster Parent Support Coordinator

The Foster Parent Support Coordinator provides leadership and oversight to Foster Parent Support Specialists and Relief Parents while coordinating evening operations, crisis response, and placement stabilization to support the safety and well-being of children and foster families. The role involves supervising staff, managing staffing rosters and schedules, and ensuring consistent implementation of agency practices and safety protocols. This position requires strong operational leadership, crisis intervention skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with foster parents, children, and community partners.
