The Village Program Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Village Director and the Child Welfare/Case Management team to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of Village programs and services. This role involves maintaining data in Airtable and other systems, preparing administrative materials, and supporting the orientation of new staff and foster parents. The position also serves as a point of contact for donor relations and manages video and conference calls for the Village.
