Foster Parent Training and Engagement Specialist

The Foster Parent Training and Engagement Specialist drives the growth of the foster parent network by managing the full lifecycle of prospective families, from initial outreach and screening to comprehensive onboarding and pre-service training. This remote role with 50% travel serves as the primary agency ambassador to strengthen the foster parent pipeline, improve conversion rates, and increase licensed home capacity. The position is grant-funded through Carolina Complete Health and requires flexibility to work non-traditional hours.
