Fostering Community Project Lead

The Fostering Community Project Lead will coordinate, deliver, and develop the Fostering Community Pilot across six South East local authorities, overseeing the recruitment and support of 20–35 Fostering Community Workers. This role involves designing training programmes, managing budgets, and collaborating with local authority partners to ensure safe and effective support for prospective and current foster carers. The position requires strong leadership, project management, and communication skills to drive positive outcomes for children, families, and communities.
