Founding Bartender / Barista

The Founding Bartender / Barista will help establish the beverage experience at The Whit, an intimate luxury hotel in New Orleans, by preparing and serving cocktails, coffee, and other beverages with a focus on exceptional guest hospitality. This role involves creating personalized drink experiences, maintaining a polished bar environment, and collaborating with the founding Food & Beverage team to shape the property's service standards from day one. The position requires a blend of craft expertise, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for connecting with guests in a high-touch hospitality setting.
