The Founding Engineer will help scale Moon’s multi-agent AI recruiting platform, which automates the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle. The role focuses on building and evolving the core engine that evaluates and ranks technical candidates using LLM-driven assessments and a proprietary matching system. This position includes significant architectural influence and close collaboration with the founders in a small, high-trust team. The engineer will contribute to a category-defining product operating at scale in the AI and hiring space.
