Founding Engineer

This is a founding engineering seat on a team of four, working directly with the founders across the entire product from distributed infrastructure to customer-facing features. The role involves building and improving AI agents that investigate and resolve IT support tickets, scaling infrastructure, and shipping across the full stack. You will work alongside the founders on a fast-moving roadmap and optionally sit with customers to understand their problems and shape the product direction.
