Founding General Manager: O2 Exchange

The Founding General Manager for Fuel Labs’ O2 Exchange will own the strategy, roadmap, and overall direction of a new high-performance decentralized orderbook exchange. This role is responsible for taking the product from MVP to profitability while aligning it with the broader Fuel Network mission. The GM will operate as a startup leader within the organization, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and business development to build a scalable, user-centric trading platform. The position also entails building and leading a team, setting culture, and overseeing growth and market development for the exchange.
