Founding GTM Lead

As an early go-to-market hire at an AI developer tools company, this role involves building the go-to-market motion alongside founders and converting customer conversations and inbound interest into signed agreements. The position requires working directly with engineering leaders at scaleups and enterprises to understand their use of coding agents and explain how the product fits. The role also focuses on building a repeatable GTM process, sharing customer feedback to inform product roadmaps, and helping grow the GTM function as the company scales.
