The Founding GTM Recruiter at Traversal will build and own the go-to-market hiring engine from the ground up, managing full-cycle recruiting for sales, solutions engineering, customer success, partnerships, marketing, and operations roles. This high‑ownership position works directly with founders and GTM leaders to define hiring profiles, create pipelines, and close top talent in a fast‑moving startup environment.
