The Founding Merchant Development Specialist/Sales Consultant will own the front‑end of ShipperHQ's sales motion, handling inbound merchant qualification and intelligent outbound prospecting to identify and engage e‑commerce merchants. This role combines research, social selling, and value‑hypothesis development to create qualified business opportunities and build a new Merchant Development function from the ground up.
ShipperHQ is a shipping checkout experience platform that helps ecommerce merchants control and optimize how shipping rates and delivery options are presented at checkout. It provides carrier integrations, rate-shopping and rules-based logic (dimensional weight, multi-origin, product-specific rules, delivery/pickup options) to produce accurate, customized shipping choices.
