Founding Recruiter

The Founding Recruiter will build and lead the hiring function for a fast-growing Y Combinator-backed startup, managing full-cycle recruiting across engineering, research, marketing, and other departments. This role involves sourcing, screening, and closing top talent while establishing efficient hiring processes and metrics. The position offers direct collaboration with founders and a clear path to a Head of Talent leadership role.
