About this role

Watershed is seeking an FP&A analyst to own the corporate financial model and act as a primary finance partner to Product, Business Foundation, and Executive teams. This role involves driving strategic planning, managing capital allocation, tracking core SaaS metrics, and collaborating with department heads on headcount and resource optimization. The analyst will partner with Accounting on reporting and support initiatives related to pricing, M&A, and market expansion.

Responsibilities

Own the integrated 3-statement financial model and rolling forecasts
Drive annual strategic and financial planning with senior leadership
Manage capital allocation and cash forecasting models
Monitor and improve core SaaS metrics like Gross Margin and Rule of 40
Partner with cross-functional teams on pricing, headcount, and expansion scenarios
