About this role

TigerConnect is seeking an FP&A Manager to provide analytical support for key functional areas including financial modeling, forecasting, and business planning. This role partners with senior leaders across technology, product, and general administration to drive business decisions and impact the company's direction. The successful candidate will serve as an executive-level business partner for R&D and G&A functions while optimizing planning processes.

Responsibilities

Support the annual budgeting process and prepare materials for Board meetings
Update long-range financial forecast models and validate assumptions with stakeholders
Serve as an executive-level business partner for R&D and G&A functions
Assess return on investment for capital requests and product development initiatives
Analyze cohort data and operational metrics to build an excellent organization
